Tiny Tip for Tuesday - sleep like a baby :D

Take your calcium supplements - or that warm glass of milk - before bed. It will help you sleep better at night. It can help your body produce melatonin and your body will absorb more of the calcium at night.

Be aware though that too much calcium can make you jittery. It needs to be a balance between calcium and magnesium. Found tis out through experience Ü
