Super Tonic

I made the Super Tonic from the recipe that Melody gave us in November's meeting. It calls for Horse Radish Root which they don't have just anywhere. I asked Safeway on Val Vista and Elliot to get some in for me, and it is there now if you want some. But they are huge pieces, and cost 5 $ a pound. You only need a little bit, so if anyone wants the other 3/4 of mine, you are welcome to it. I am not going to make fresh horseradish sauce anytime soon -- or ever.
